1. Custom Anti-Fatigue Mats: Any Shape and Size

Tiles are designed as squares, thus limited to 90-degree configurations. As a result, Andersen Windows was unable to fully cover complex layouts and custom angles with modular tiles. The only option was to hand-cut them to fit. The continuous improvement team swapped tiles for custom AcroMat mats because they can be made to any shape/size without limit.

Using AcroMat's custom mat builder, AcroSketch, Andersen was able to design the intricate shapes and sizes they needed for each workspace in minutes and receive them at their facility in less than 10 days.

Before: Particles and chemicals burrowing into the porours, snapped-together tile seams, pulling them apart and creating trip hazards in less than 1 year.
