How does pricing work at AcroMat?
At AcroMat, we specialize in making custom anti-fatigue mats to fit complex layouts—any size, shape and features without limit. Charged by the square foot with no added customization fees, "custom" is our standard pricing.
We built this square foot pricing model into our proprietary online mat builder, AcroSketch, the first and only tool of its kind. Any mat designed with AcroSketch—including curves, cutouts, colors, built-in safety stripes and cable covers—is made to order and priced as custom.
But custom isn't always what our clients need. Sometimes companies simply need rectangles and runners, guaranteed to perform, at an affordable price. Toward this end, we offer a wide range of readily available "standard" mat sizes at a reduced rate; we pass on the production efficiencies we gain with standard mat orders by turning them into cost savings for you.

What is changing with pricing and available sizes?
Effective Wednesday, May 14, 2025, we have increased our standard mat library by more than 10 times what it was previously—building in new, readily available size and feature options while also lowering prices on all standard-size anti-fatigue mats.
Our new standard mat catalog includes:
– The AcroMat 100-1 Series anti-fatigue mat is now available in 2-6 ft. widths and lengths up to 100 ft. (previously 2-4 ft., up to 75 ft.). Standard 30-degree black and 20-degree, ADA-Compliant yellow border options are available.
– The standard-size range for the 100-1 Series now also includes the option of having drainage holes and/or Grip-R Non-Slip Coating pre-applied.
– The AcroMat 100-Cleanroom Series anti-fatigue mat is now available in 2-6 ft. widths and lengths up to 100 ft. (previously 2-4 ft., up to 75 ft.). Standard 30-degree black and 20-degree, ADA-Compliant yellow border options are available.
– The AcroMat 100-ESD Series anti-fatigue mat is now available in 2-6 ft. widths and lengths up to 100 ft. (previously 2-4 ft., up to 75 ft.)
– The AcroMat NitriTuf Diamond Series anti-fatigue mat is now available in 2-4 ft. widths and lengths up to 100 ft. (previously up to 60 ft.). Standard 30-degree black and 20-degree, ADA-Compliant yellow border options are available.
– The standard-size range for the NitriTuf Diamond Series now also includes the option of having Grip-R Non-Slip Coating pre-applied.
– Every standard mat option has exclusive part numbers for easy and fast ordering. Real-time pricing is available on each product page, with the ability to quickly checkout online. Our team is available to turnaround same-day quotes as needed.
– While our 10-day guaranteed lead time remains in effect, increasing our library in this way allows us to often ship standard sizes more quickly. We continue to offer free priority shipping on all $1,000 orders, just $15 if less than $1,000.
– All AcroMat 100-1 Series, 100-Cleanroom Series, and 100-ESD Series mats are now covered under a Lifetime Performance Warranty, promising the mats will never sink, flatten, lose their ergonomic cushion, or curl along the borders. This warranty includes a 100% guarantee against any defects in material and workmanship, and a 60-day moneyback guarantee for first-time AcroMat customers.

Does the new pricing affect ongoing mat projects?
The new standard-size pricing here is effective as of May 14, 2025. Any open quotes that include standard-size mats will be re-quoted to reflect the new AcroMat pricing.
Any standard-size mat purchases made prior to May 14, 2025 cannot be backdated. Since realizing the aforementioned improvements, our team has worked hard to bring these changes to life quickly; our original target date for launching this expanded range was June 30, 2025! We're excited to launch this new standard-size library nearly two months early, and create relief for companies who want the best mats at an affordable price.
Custom pricing has not changed; we continue to offer on-site measurements, free custom mat design, same-day quotes, free priority shipping, and zero customization fees. While our pricing for made-to-order custom mats has not changed, with the update above we have brought over 3,000 mat variations that were previously considered "custom" (and priced as such) into our standard library—significantly reducing costs for our valued customers.
